Terms and Conditions

Regional Wine and Beverage Merchants operates under ABN 92 160 837 445 and Liquor Licence No. LIQP770017080.

It is an offence to sell or supply to or obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years.

All orders are subject to stock being available.  Vintages are subject to change without notice. Please note, label images and tasting notes which show vintages may be used as an illustration of wine from that producer.

No material from the site can be reproduced without the express permission of the owners of this site.

Refund and Return Policy

In the event you receive the wrong product we will promptly refund your money or exchange the product. If the product is required to be returned we will cover the cost of the return freight. In all other cases we will only accept returns in the case of the product being faulty (i.e. suffering from cork taint) and the customer will be responsible for the cost of the return freight.

If you receive your delivery with one or more bottles broken, simply let us know within two working days of the date of delivery and we will issue you with a credit to your account equal to the price paid by you for the broken bottle(s). Where damage is involved we will request a digital image so that we can address the matter with our couriers, logistics providers and insurers.

Regional Wine and Beverage Merchants accepts that on some rare occasions wine can be ‘faulty’. If the wine is TCA affected (corked) we are happy to replace or credit the amount of the purchase. However, we require ¾ of the bottle to be returned to Regional Wine and Beverage Merchants. The freight cost of the return will be bourne by Regional Wine and Beverage Merchants.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return your order within 14 days and receive a full refund excluding shipping costs if you return the goods in their original condition to our warehouse.

We may not accept returns if they are received damaged or incomplete. Refunds will be credited onto the credit card used to make the purchase within a week of receiving the goods into our store.

Delivery Policy

All deliveries of 12 bottles of wine or 24 bottles of beer or cider are free of charge with the exception of the remote regions defined below.

Where the number of bottles is less than 12 the charges below will apply;

1-6 bottles = $15 anywhere in Australia with the exception of the defined zones

7-11 bottles = $25 anywhere in Australia with the exception of the defined zones

Defined Zones where additional delivery charges apply include:

·         Country WA

·         Country Tasmania

·         Northern Territory

Next business day delivery applies for orders in Canberra and Queanbeyan.  All other Australian destinations are serviced by Fastway Couriers where their network operates.   An estimated time frame for delivery is also provided at the time of order and depending on location,  delivery is usually completed between two and five days from the date of receipt of the order with payment.

We recognise that privacy of personal information is important to individuals. Personal information for our business purposes is to be minimal, private, correct, safe and largely in the control of the individual.

Because of the nature of our business it is necessary to obtain personal information from time to time. We will however not be unduly intrusive nor obtain or use information in an inappropriate manner. We will only ask for and use personal information we reasonably need to conduct our business.

If you have received any promotional material and do not wish to receive it then upon letting us know we will not send it to you. Alternatively, you can click the ‘unsubscribe’ link on our newsletters and emails and or contact us directly.

All your personal details are stored in a single, secure database on our premises. Access is controlled and limited to our staff who manage orders, deliveries and accounts.

No personal information is passed on to third parties by us.

In accordance with the privacy law we can give you access to your personal information we hold and you can correct any details at any time.
